Between those choices, I would say Acid Storm and Swoop. But That's just me.

Silverbolt - very simple transformation, wonderful update to the orignal figure over all.
Acidstorm - Nice redeco of the Starscream mold... just make sure the one you get has the correct missle launchers (sadly mine did not).
Swoop - haven't opened mine yet (had it for two weeks). Looks like another simple/straight forward transformation.

Having said that, if you only have $20 to spend, go for acid storm & swoop, 2 figures are better than 1.

Both excellent choices, I'd say flip a coin.

While the simple transformation is a turnoff for me, Silverbolt is a great figure! Go for him!

Hm...you might be outa luck on getting Silverbolt for $20. If I recall correctly, the $5 off coupon that McDonalds had on their happy meal bags, was only for TFAnimated figures...

Has worked for me a couple times now. Most clerks don't care. Only time I had anything said was when I tried to use 2 on Animated Leader Megatron.

I have Swoop and Acid Storm but I have no interest in Silverbolt. So my vote is the 2 figs over the 1.

always go for the 2 figs over one unless it is like a major fig or a very rare one

Personally, I'd go with Swoop and Acid Storm. Both are figures I plan on getting. Swoop for my Animated collection, and Acid Storm for two seperate kitbashes (wings & tail fins for Thrust, and the rest for another kitbash I'm planning). Also I'm not a big fan of the Universe Silverbolt. Something about it is just too simplistic. Something I usually don't have a problem with. That and I'm planning on getting the Energon Superion repaint, so I'll have a Silverbolt for my Universe/Classics collection anyways.

Having all three figures I'd say just flip a coin. Honestly.

Acid Storm is a great redeco of one of the best Starscream molds out there.

Swoop, while rather simplistic (and people complain about Silverbolt...), is an excellent rendition of the character and can pull off some excellent action poses.

Silverbolt. Sure, he's simplistic for an Ultra, but he is by far one of the most faithful updates in all of the Classics series from his G1 counterpart. He's quick to transform and he's fun to pose and fiddle with without having to worry if parts will pop out of place because he was made too complex without much thought if it would work (looking at you Ultra Onslaught!).
