Well I'd like to wish you a happy birthday! As for what you should do, I'd reccommend just throwing a legal traditional birthday party and relish in the fact that you are no longer a teen but a vicenarian (20-something-old). So no worry about having to do a wild party, just keep it simple. In fact, in my humble opinion I find drinking and gambling to be overrated. Of course, if you really are bent on having a wild party to celebrate your 20th, then I'd suggest taking everyone else's advice and drive up to Canada so that you and your friends can buy booze.
