On my way back from my hair cut I saw a DHL van. Nothing special.

Passenger side was DENTED. Like most packages delivered by them. (whole side was dented up badly)
The guy was going 50 or so around a turn while
    Running a red light.

It all makes sense now, doesn't it?

I hate DHL they have a tendancy to pass off packages to USPS without providing a tracking number. And then it makes it almost impossable to track a packsge!

DHL SUCKS the company I work for switched to them for a short time for their deliveries, after a few months of critical orders being late/misdelivered/lost they switched back to UPS.

DHL contracts their delivery service out to many different local companies. Unfortunately, that ends up being a guy with a yellow van. Explains why the DHL guy comes into my hotel for two hours a day and goofs off, watches tv in the lobby, and uses our Internet for personal use. I called to report his sorry ass, and they said there is nothing they can do to discipline him, because he is a private contractor. So I called the police the next time he came up.

Also explains why I always see a DHL van parked in the road next to the post office with the music bumping LOUD...Very unprofessional

No, because not doing your job on my property using amenities and services meant for guests is a crime; loitering, unathorized use of equipment, take your pic. You think it is ok for someone to go to a hotel and use guest services as non-paying guests while they are suppose to be working? No, didn't think so.

Easy there trigger. Assuming you're in Alabama, based on the avatar, Section 13A-11-9 of the Alabama Criminal Code doesn't say anything about hotels in regard to loitering.

    Alabama steals water from Georgia.

And my mom once stole a bottle of booze from Bear Bryant.

lol - now THAT was funny - I wish she had tried. I would hate to think the fate of someone trying to pry a bottle of whiskey from Bear's hand.

And Jux, as for Alabama's criminal code, WTF? DHL is one of our vendors. We have a national contract with them to provide service to our hotel and our corporate offices/headquarters. That contract does not include the use of guest services by employees of the vendor, in this case, DHL. And, yes, I

I would say, however, that the DHL driver violated a criminal code in consistently stealing food from our breakfast buffet; I dunno, in your professional opinion, does that count as theft? Along with harrassment of employees and sleeping in our lobby area.

    Thanks, trigger. ;)

That was before I was even a twinkle in the eye, when my mom went to Alabama, and they were off on a road game, and she and some of her friends snuck into his hotel room. This was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy back in the day.

Besides, I would have just kicked him in the nuts, then yelled 'Go Dawgs! Woof! Woof! Woof!"

p.s. We want out water back.

    HA HA that's awesome.

However, don't blame us for not having enough water. Look to your politicians and elected officials. They obviously didn't think too far ahead. I know a few years ago we were buying water from Georgia, but not sure if it is still going on.

BTW, it would have been hilarious to see you get your ass stomped by 85 football players. Kicking Bear in the nuts is against the law, and religion, in our state. You didn't know?
