Recently I got the 'third party' add on for g1 Ratchet (GT-01R, the one with arms), and I still don't think it's enough.



I think that FansProject or TFClub or some other 'third party' group who have previously made complete figures should make a whole g1 cartoon styled Ironhide/Ratchet figure.



If these guys can make 'NotDevastator' and Warbot Defender, how hard would it be to make a g1 type 'brick'?

Agreed but not sweating the wait.  

 

Nope I've already got an Ironhide & Ratchet but I would gladly purchase a Trailbreaker or any of the dinobots minus Grimlock.

 

I definitely don't want a G1 brick but if a 3rd party company were to make a G1 cartoon model accurate or IDW comic Ironhide and Ratchet I'd buy them instantly.

Ironhide and Ratchet already have their iterations on the classics line. I would personally love to see them made by 3rd party company BUT NOT AS MUCH AS third party making things that hasbro WON'T EVEN BOTHER TOUCHING.

I remember Jizai was working on one, but seems to have given up once Universe Ironhide came to light.

 

I'd buy one. But I think I'm happy with my Henkei version.

If one were to be made I think it would be more of a job for TFclub or iGear.

 

I don't think we will see an Ironhide or a Ratchet in scale with Classics.

 

Thing is, I want a R/I that would fit in with my g1 collection.


Now that I think about it, even some kind of hollow snap on lower body would be nice.
