I've seen an unused one go for a little more than that, so the price is about right IMHO.

I think thats about right for a Diaclone version. I suppose a Headmasters era TF version would be cheaper.

It's about right for the diaclone in that condition. Not too bad of a figure

[IMG] I paid a little more than half that for:

I wound up with boxed Diaclone versions because I wanted to blow some of a Christmas bonus on an obscenely expensive toy that I probably couldn't swing the other 11 months of the year, Raiden being at the top of that list, and these happened along at the same time.

Boxset looks cooler and probably tends to go for more than any other version, Diaclone or TF/HM..but that one's missing 4 of the small guns. Booo.

Wouldn't mind a Raiden myself, but not at that price. My wife and I are in the process of buying a house. No big TF purchases for me!

Does anybody know offhand why the Diaclone version doesn't come with the lower orange chestplate piece? All the initial pics I saw were of the HM version so when I got mine, I thought maybe it was missing missing. Come to find out it just didn't come with (either the single/boxset) Diaclone version. So..where the hell did it come from for the TF version? It never made much sense to me that Takara would cook up a mold for this random additional piece..even if it does look better with it. :(

I'm guessing it was to make the piece more sturdy when combined? as there is also the extra red piece on the back for the HM version as well.

Yeah, they just sturdied it up is all. Its worth it to buy the KO Raiden for ten bucks just to strip those two bits and add them to the Diaclone.
