    eBay Link

Claims to be 1997 Hasbro (yeah right). I've never seen this variation before.

    He's holding an M16 :lolol

Still though, it's pretty neat for a knock off. I like it.

yep, it's a fake. that bootleg prime mold had a "cyclops" single front window like on the box art, modified smokestacks, and some other strange mold changes.

i was just looking for pictures of the boxed korean release, thanks!

Aw, you have to mention the uncertainty/controversy!! :)

Basically, a few Transformers G2 toys/model kits/other merchandise were released in Korea with "(C) Hasbro International" like this. This includes the oversized white Prime, this prime, an Optimus watch, four Kabaya kits, an Optimus pencil case, etc. However, this Optimus was originally released as a Battle Convoy bootleg in Taiwan during Diaclone! And the white Optimus is very low quality. Which has made people thing that these "licensed" goods are probably unlicensed, despite the Copyright claim. And even if they are somehow licensed, the quality is low enough that they might as well be considered bootlegs...
