Ok, so I guess there was this "Green Grapple Guy" that was like in one episode of G1, then never to be seen again. Hauler to be exact. So anyway, MISB for $75. Whaddya think?

 

Well, I'm a cheapskate but, if you really want it than go ahead and buy it.

 

That's a Takara exclusive, isn't it? Always wanted that one. I'd say that's a fair price MISB.

More or less, he's a made up character. Though there was a character called "Hauler" that lifted Hound (?) out of a ditch in More Than Meets The Eye. His deco and everything is essentially Grapple, but Grapple didn't show up until Season Two.

"Hauler" is supposedly one of the eight Constructicons that created Megatron (before Megatron turn them into Decepticons and apprently built them in turn on Earth). But somewhere along the lines he switched sides, joining the Autobots.

So price-wise, $75 MISB sounds pretty good for an exclusive. And I guess it's worth it if you want to have every character depicted in the first, and maybe second, seasons.

I have zero interest in such repaints so wouldn't pay that much, but if you like them, go for it.
