It is interesting, we know exactly the role megatron now plays. But is there any reason why bay and co have kept megatron away from the trailers etc etc. We have seen all the transformers, optimus, sentinal, shockwave, soundwave, starscream. But megatron is the big mystery, why he is kept has the big secret of DOTM, or he has not been revealed to anyone. Only the game we have seen him in.
Possibly to keep his return and appearance a secret. Which granted they haven't really, but for regular movie goers who don't keep up with the toys or Transformers.com it's still a surprise.
What about that website Transformers.com it show new megatron cgi pics? I pretty sure they still keeping things wrap, don't worry megatron will be on a poster.
Yea true, it was just interesting. That shockwave is hyped has the main villian, yet megatron is not shown anywhere. I always thought they would keep the main villian has the secret, in terms of what he will look.

Maybe because everyone knows Megatron is the autobots main enemy. And he didn't die in Part 2, so everyone knows he will be in the third film. So why promote the 3rd movie with the same good guys fighting the same bad guy. Why not show the general viewers that there are new bad boys in town. E.g Shockwave and that huge drilling thing. That's just my thoughts hehe. I obviously have no clue why they haven't showen Megatron
i dont feel bay knows how to deal with him (megatron.) for him the formula for the movie is to center around a new enemy, worse than the one before. rather than the a new plan by megatron that the good guys need to foil. with that kind of formula you really need to reboot the series in a short time, because if your plan is to up the ante it doesnt take long before things get ridiculous and all of a sudden a whole planet transforms and starts eating other planets... whoops.
