Is there any physical difference between G1 Rodimus and a Re-Issue?

I'd assume the only real difference would be the mold stamp on the toy - one is probably molded with, like "(C) 1985 Hasbro/Takara" and the other's probably something like "(C) 2005 Hasbro/Takara."

I believe the Takara reissue has darker colours, but other than that I don't think so. Shouldn't this be in the Toyark board?

I think the re-issue has rubber tires and metal feet and only some of the G1's did, but all of the re-issues do.

The yellow part of the chest that slides out of the abdomen was put in backwards on the Hasbro reissue. It's a very minor point, and it doesn't affect the toy at all. That and the consistency of the rubber tires/metal toes are the only real differences.
