As the main MP line and even some 3rd party companies started to focus on the Cartoon MP look more and more I am wondering if we will ever get an MP Reflector in toy version. I think it's odd it hasn't been done yet.

Fanstoys gave us multiple options for their Insecticons so you could get both looks.

I know Reflector would be more complicated as they would need new sculpts in the torsos at the very least.

I would really want this guy to add to my MP collection.

    I hope someone makes him.

I'm glad they went for the toon look. The toy version is way off from the toon. But I ynderstand your question. I'm not interested though.

I’d love this to happen. I had these guys as a kid and don’t have a lot of love for the toon so these would be great.

I had the fanstoys ones and sold them off because I didn’t have any attachment to the characters.

It would be interesting seeing an MP toy Reflector, but I wouldn't buy him.

I would absolutely go for a toy-styled Reflector. I like toon Reflector, but toy Reflector just has a certain appeal to me.

Probably the most you could hope for is one of the existing MP Refectors being released in toy colors. I doubt there is interest to invest in all new molds.

Sounds cool but not something I'd actually buy, given how expensive the MP market is.

I'm surprised that no one ever did this and I would definitely be interested. However, with the move to cartoon accuracy, I don't think the deco will ever be made.

I like the toon version as well. I own both the Fanstoys and Maketoys Reflectors. But lately I've been appreciating the G1 TOY aesthetic to compliment the toon MP versions.

Really hope we get a toy version MP one day.

Perfect Effect did a set so long ago, which turned out great. Seems like all an MP remold would need is new torsos and shoulder. Oh and heads

Yes. I'm still waiting for one of the companies that made a set to do it already :lol  Talk about a missed opportunity the toy deco is glorious and a great excuse for awesome metallic surface treatments rather than the intensely bland uniform white n purple of the toon urgh.

Just buy an existing one and custom paint it.

I'd enjoy looking at pictures in the MP toy reflector thread but would not be willing to spend money to acquire one.

When the G1 toys diverge wildly from the G1 animation models, I err on the side of the cartoon (I'm looking at you, Megatron and Ironhide).

As long as the figures have some die cast metal, some greebles, and some shiny parts, I'm fine with that being the "Toyetic" references I need. Beyond that, cartoon color schemes and proportions are preferable.

That's my long-winded way of saying, Blue and Red Reflector dudes are not what I'm looking for.

I would buy one. I bought Perfect Effect's Assault Force rather than the toon Scouting Force version, and would do the same for a MP equivalent.

I am resurrecting my own thread. Sorry

Is there really no company that will tackle this. I really want a Masterpiece Toy Version of Reflector. Can we get some buzz for this.
