Is There an In-Story Reason Why BB Doesn't Talk?

    Back in Sick Mind, right after Megatron slashes through BB, I remember instantly understanding the noise he made to be a "what?"

    I'd love them to release a version of Prime with subtitles for him when the dvd rolls around :p

    The movie comics aren't canon to this universe though. However in the canon novel that is what happened.

    As for Raf understanding him . . I think I read somewhere on Raf's Notes (you can find them on the Hub, though they suck at updating them) that while Raf isn't sure how he understands Bee, he theorizes that it's linked with his ability to understand digital code - which apparently he's been able to do since the age of three. I'm starting to think he's like . . . a TFP version of Sari or something.

    I haven't yet read Exodus, but this is what I can gather from TFwiki:

    Ark: Optimus, Jazz, Sideswipe, Prowl, Ironhide, Ratchet, and Bumblebee were stated to be on the Ark, but I'd imagine it'd be easy to expand the crew.

    Nemesis: Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, and Lugnut are the only ones named on board, but it implied more. And of course Trypticon. If that was the only element they carry over from Exodus, I'd be perfectly happy.

    Cybertron: Alpha Trion, Omega Supreme, Ultra Magnus, Shockwave, Jetfire, Springer and the Wreckers are the only ones named to stay, but as with the other two It'd be safe to assume there were more

    Okay. So if we do a story about how BB loses his voice that involves flashbacks we'll(hopefully) get character models for most of the ones on the Ark.

    I wonder...Knockout was originally called Lugnut so is that character supposed to be him or a different guy? Would be interesting if it was him as that means he's been with them since the beginning.

    I wouldn't mind seeing Shockwave and Jetfire models. The Wreckers would probably be represented by Bulkhead, Wheeljack, and Breakdown(if my theory is correct).
