Last month I bought their Simba (Victory Leo) second hand no box and the seller I bought it from never gave me the 2 cannons that plug on the back of the robot and lion modes. Is there any possible way to contact the company so I don't have to shell out another 200 for a complete Simba?
I've actually had really good luck getting lots of parts from Keith, even if I was the one who broke it (like fingers). They usually want you to pay $3.50 to mail it but other than that, it's free and I usually get more than I ask for. I ask for a set of hands, I get the whole arms or they'll send me parts and then some freebie like a collectors coin. Results may vary of course but credit where credit is due, they've been excellent to me. This is an X-transbots address but I've gotten parts for Transbots and KFC stuff from it. It's the same company. It will take some time to get them in the mail but they've ALWAYS shown up sooner or later. KFC Xtransbots has been very good with handling q.c problems, personally as soon as I email them I get a reply same day or next day. And once the part has been sent it arrives fast, i recently had a q.c with my Simba they sent the parts ASAP, When they sent me the package I thought Keith sent me a free Ollie cause the box was Ollie, but when I opened the box it was Simba parts. Anyway there service is good.
That's funny. My parts always come in an Ollie box too. I think they must have a lot of extras or something
