    I was just wondering if there existed a Scrounge figure? Has anyone done one?

    not that i have ever seen I love Hasbro or Takara to do one.

    if they made a toy of him,there will be nothing like it. even if its just a retool.

    I'm working on one (I should be done building him in maybe a week and a half and all post photos then before he gets painted),

    He'd make a nice Minicon or legends-class toy.

    There are a couple Sentai-show mecha toys that turn into wheels, I believe.

    Galvascream did a digibash of Scrounge from Legends Cosmos, that I think was a pretty clever idea:

    Classics Scrounge

    That's probably the closest figure we have to him... at least the closest that wouldn't require extensive modification.
