I've read descriptions of the IMAX-exclusive footage, and now I'm interested in seeing it. Is it available to view anywhere?

You might be able to find it on Youtube. That's where I remember seeing it, that scene I saw was a Extended Bit of the Forrest Fight Scene

From what I recall, it didn't really seem to add anything. It was just alot more scenes of humans, no new Transformers scenes.

They even did the ridiculous scene of the tough-as-nails female pawn-shop owner named Rhonda, who carries a shotgun and who Lennox manages to get those short-wave radios from. (in the film, there's just the one shot of the sign 'Rhonda's Pawn Shop,' and then we see Lennox giving Epps the radios).

2009 film man. Great extra footage and it's strange they didn't include it in normal releases. Also Devastators components arriving is a longer scene and also skids and mudflaps exchange in shanghai after they fall apart while chasing sideways is slightly different.

But the OP was talking about the 2007 film. Where for a limited engagement that late summer/early fall, they released the film into IMAX and included an extra 5-minutes of scenes.

I didn't know there was extended footage from the 2007 movie, but I have the Wal-Mart exclusive version of ROTF and it has the extended footage. It's amazing on Blu-ray!

No, it's really not. It's still a terrible movie. It just becomes more terrible after this part.

Anywho, if anyone finds this '07 movie stuff, link it. I'd like to see it.

when Grindor lands, he opens up the rotor blade to his hand.

    Starscream gets thrown.

The entire sequence of Grindor attacking Optimus with the rotor as Megatron and Starscream circle him (pretty much everything before OP is kicked in the face).

OP's charge into Starscream and a few extra seconds of him wailing on Megatron.

None of that was in the wide release

Extra Sam scenes too, in the ROTF final cut I don't think that "Here boy" scene is in the film.

Once again, this is from Revenge of the Fallen. It's a video of 3 of the deleted scenes from the movie. And from my perspective, I can see why they chose to leave them all out.

Guess this thread proves how popular 2007's deleted scenes were: the majority on here would rather talk about the 2009 extended forest battle instead.

One thing I did wonder about was one stunt that was filmed with a truck that had all these wooden slats on the back. It was filmed either in LA or Detroit. There's a shot of the truck with the slats being knocked aside...but word was the stunt didn't work right, and was not included in the finished film.
