    So basically tf prime is going on a midsession break like every show does for the summer has it been said when it will return yet? Does anybody know?

    who said it's going on a break? there's a new episode next week. Season 3 is supposed to start at the end of 2012, so I doubt there'll be a break.

    No new episode titles or summaries surfaced after Toxicity. MAYBE we're conditioned to knowing things two weeks ahead. Argh.

    ah, i get that. and there was the interview about how the four "T" episodes had lasting repercussions, so i guess it's possible, but i sure hope not. It's also an awkward number to end on. Most shows that do a mid season break stop halfway, but we're just a bit over halfway now, there's only 11 episodes left after the next episode.

    The Ernie Hudson interview also mentioned that there's a break coming up.

    Pretty sure it was stated that there will be 26 episodes total in season 2.

    well, they said this season would be 26 episodes, next weeks is episode 15, that'd leave 11 left.

    If there is a summer break (Probably is), I hope it doesn't last ALL summer. A whole summer without TFP would suck -.-

    Honestly I thought Flying mind should have been the break and the relic hunts begin the 2nd half of the season.

    My guess is a short break so the Hub can heavily promote the premiere of the new Kaijudo series. Kaijudo starts on Saturday, June 2. I don't know what time of day it comes on. There has already been a three episode sneak preview.

    I haven't read anything or seen anything on the Hub website about a Transfomers break, so I don't know for sure if there will be one.

    What they might do is come back in September, run basically 3 months into November.. when thats finished immediately follow up with the season 3 mini series to get you juiced up for season 3 then break for winter.

    I hope this hiatus is only a short one. I need my weekly prime fix. Might I also say this series is amazing. Showing that you can make a more adult themed transformers that kids and adults would equally love. I hope this show or continuity lasts for many many more years.

    For those of us not inside your head to know what that means, please enlighten us?

    Also, it seems logical that there would be a break now as things have been building to a head, and virtually no TV show goes all season without some kind of break. Honestly I'm ready for a break and I mean this only in the sense that I've got vacations coming up this summer and it would be nice not to miss out on new shows while I'm out of town. I'd say restart the season in Sept. and personally I'd be happy with that.

    Taking a break means exactly that--taking a break.

    Hiatus is a form of purgatory between a show being active or cancelled, more than likely the latter. It could be a break in some cases, but based on when the team feels like bringing the show back, not using the time to produce more episodes.

    So when a guy and his girl are "taking a break" versus "on hiatus"... which is the more permanent of the two? I get that you're talking television parlance here and not equating it to relationships, but hopefully you can see how the terms might be confusing without further explanation. And mostly I was just giving you crap, so forgive my endulgence.
