Or make him not a water-gurgling freakazoid. Just because he had that stupid voice in the 'toon doesn't make that the be-all-and-end-all of the character. Bio-wise, he actually had the potential to be pretty decent; the guys doing the 'toon just screwed him over, is all. Give him a chance and have some imagination.
