sort after ?
jap g1 combiner, would his original box be sought after?
the correct answer is "christ knows. maybe. stick it on ebay and find out!".
ebay can suck a fat one they steal tooooooooooooooooooooooooo much money off sales lol
I believe the OP is asking if Road Caesar boxes are sought after.
it's a damn box, all the fun your going to get out of it is to pretend it is a bigger box that you can make a fort out of.....as in "it is not absolutely sought after unless people desparately want a damn box for their road ceaser"
I'd have to go with Guard Convoy. First its only a box, no big deal unless you're a MIB collector. Secondly, I don't think I have seen many Jap G1 toys without their box. I know when I picked up my Road Caesar set at Botcon it was the only set there and had all their boxes. Try putting it up in the Junkion Exchange. There's another guy in there selling Japanese G1 boxes in there too.
Good thread so far.
I just checked and there's some Road Caesar boxes on ebay with $50 buy-it-now. I think they're highly unlikely to sell at that price, but I'd imagine it's worth something. Road Caesar is pretty rare.
Its got nowhere to go but up!
Out of curiosity, is it just the boxes you've got, or the inserts and all that stuff as well?
How bout fixin the thread title, and some ppl have big hardons for boxes, American more then Jap, but still.
I have two of three of them listed on ebay right now at $3 each and no bids yet. So take that as a possible answer. But hey, I got watchers.
I collect toys to play with them. I don't collect boxes.
