Yes he is. Legends, Leader, and FAB Megs aren't "Frozen". That and we've seen him in the trailers, and unfrozen at the same time.
I must be missing him in the trailor, will he be shown a lot or only at the end? I know he has figures but Prime and BB are on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
Leader megs is wave 2, so it is in the process of being put out. Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons, as usual.

I’m just saying that you see Prime in every commercial; he’s on all the merch and has 4 toys of him out so far. Megs, only the 2 toys and I barley see him in the commercials. To all those smart ass comments, I know he is in the movie but to what extent is my question. The level of friendliness here is almost none; everybody has to be a smart ass.

That's because he's Prime, the Poster Child of Transformers. Anything with Prime on it will sell. It has nothing to do with this point.
if you look at previous lines, optimus toys have always outnumbered megatron toys. its always been like that.
2 toys? LOC, FAB, Voyager, Leader ... thats just as many mainline figures as prime. and if you havent seen megatron in the trailers unfrozen, you must not be watching the trailers.
You obviously never watched the second theatrical trailer. Megs is beast! Jumping/flying around, stepping on Jazz, using his hand mace... He's got five or six figures, plus the robot heros one. He's being kept a "secret" until the movie comes out. Sice BB is the main Character, and Prime is, well, Optimus Prime, of course they're on everything.
To answer your question, I've heard Megs is in the last 20 minutes. And I'm sure he's not in every single shot. 20 minutes is probably stretching it. I'd assume, like most Hollywood films, the trailer shows most, if not all of Megs' appearance.

SPOILER Megs is in the movie for pretty much the last bit of it, after he escapes from his Sector 7 prison.
