The Trailer project for the 2011 Stunticons to make them combine.....
No updates? Dead project?
were they ever really alive?
not trolling, just really wondering if they ever did anything. Other than an early prototype of a head.
I'd imagine dead, but it's possible they're still working on it. Making those five molds work as a combiner wouldn't be easy to say the least.
I really hope it's just taking them so long because they're new at everything.
I'm pretty sure this thing is dead. We would of heard something or seen some kind of a prototype. This topic pops up every few months and its pretty much concludes it died every time.
Maybe JustiToys is really G1Uppers.
The project is dead to me.
so dead...to the fact that i had a chance to get the 2011 s.cons and past'd cuz i lost interest..plus FP rumor'd stunticons has more than statisfied my interest..
Pretty much this all they ever did was a head and not even of their own design. G1 Uppers = Empty Promises.
Given the $ that needed to be invested, Hasbro's crackdown and the fact that they were US based. I am thinking the project is on an indefinite hold.
But who knows, maybe we will see something yet.
I'd ask the same about fansproject. They posted one update on their website in january and before that the last post was in july 2011. Kind of weird how silent they've been.
Really wanted those glacier bots and the heartmaster.
May they Rest In Peace. My condolenses go out to animated. Lmao
Wasn't there someone here in the know? Encline? Venksta? I can't remember... Maybe they can shed some light on it..
A little birdie at Botcon said that this project was dead, just fyi.
Since we like to play conspiracy theories here, maybe these dudes just wanted to create hype to maximize profits for unloading their box sets.
Rather than drifting into oblivion, it would be nice for what was g1uppers to at least say things didn't work out and they won't be producing anything at this time
Nostalgia ain't what it used to be.
