is it just me or is the dlx figures going up? and is it the stores fault or Hasbro fault?
I assume you are referring to the price? Yes we know. It's been known and complained about for a number of months already.
Oh.... okay! cause i just notice at my target!
hate the price hikes! will hasbro/ retail ever lower the dlxs!
and those dlx figures are really close to voyager price!
...yeah, Target's gone a little nuts with the price on the last DOTM deluxes. Walmart's got them clearanced out for $7.something - I might yetgive in and pick up a Murderbee.
I haven't seen any price hikes yet, so what are we talking? A buck? Two dollars? TRU is usually the most expensive place for Transformers, so is Walmart/Target/Kmart going up to match that?
As far as has been reported, Target and Target only has bumped the prices on their leftover DOTM deluxes to stupid-high levels - sixteen, seventeen bucks kind of stupid.
But at the irvine/tustin target the prime dlxs is $15 now! Big fat rip!
What is this, thread number 10 about this in the past few months? 20?
The OP is slow on some news articles, and prefers to just create new threads instead of bothering to check to see if previous threads exist on the subject.
It is going up and will continue to go up as long as the economy is poop.
What's next, "Where's Wheeljack?" "Does anyone think Hasbro screwed up on FE distribution?" "Is that it for the Movie Trilogy line?"
Hasbro's MSRP on deluxe Transformers figures is $12.99 (might see Generations at $14.99, that wonderful collector premium STar Wars sees)
Anything above or below is retailer prerogative, if they think they can get $16 for figures from last year...they'll do it. Ultimately, if one doesn't like a retailer's price...there are usually options for others.
they go up in price and get hit with that shrink ray.
place prime RID arcee next to cybertron scout hardtop or swindle...same freaking size.
and both come with a weapon.
getting rediculious when the old scouts are the same size as the modern deluxe line.
I mean, G1 Jazz was Scout-sized and cost $12 in 1984 dollars. The toy didn't even have knees! What a rip-off. Jeez, man. Ugh.
Separate names with a comma.
