I think you mean, no Magnus ever. I see a bunch of white & blue Prime's being released everywhere with UM's name on the boxes, but have yet to see an actual Ultra Magnus as we know him.

I heard Hasbro was going to make a MP Starscream and market it off as Alternators. So far, no news from them.

I never heard that they'd market it as an Alternator, but that's awesome news if it's true considering that's exactly what he is. A far far cry from being a masterpiece.

*ugh* That monstrosity doesn't exist to me.

And the answer to the title's question? No.

I bought MP 03 because I doubt it'll be repainted to G1 colors anytime soon. They still may bring out TC and Skywarp to milk the mold for all its worth but I just don't see another MP SS coming out.

I appreciate what they were *trying* to do by making him a single piece TF, but unfortunately it got royally clusterf*cked along the way. Those arms are just ridiculous, and are a complete deal breaker for me unless they modified the mold so that they slide forward. In it's current form, it's another fine example of if you can't do it right, just don't do it at all. A phrase used far too often where TF designs are concerned lately.

Given the amount of negative feedback concerning MP-03's colors, I would hope Hasbro would only release it in G1 colors, but I think it's doubtful that Hasbro will release one at all. But who knows, they may be working on a new version of it that fixes some of the issues fans have with MP-03.

At this point, all we can do is wait, like always.

With all the schwag that Hasbro has in the works for the movie in '07, I doubt that an MP-03 re-paint is even on the radar.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Hasbro's comments on this at Botcon. Basically, they weren't sure yet whether they were going to bring it over to the US, but IF they did it would be in G1 colors.

I want a MP Starscream with G1 colors. Especially if its cheaper than Takara's version.

Don't see how it could be that much cheaper since it's all plastic already.

Nope, it's the new MP Hasbro version. They're getting worse at repaints/remolds...:lol

Honestly the whole reason I haven't jumped on MP SS is the hopes that Hasbro will remake it in G1 colors. It might not happen any time soon, but I'm prefectly patient enough to wait.

At Botcon they seemed to hint it might be a possibility, but personally I dont see it happening, but on the other hand you never know.
