I usually don't like shopping online, though it seems more and more that I have to to get the transformers I really want and have decided to attempt to cut back-like no more duplicate characters if i can help it and whatnot-DOTM should be a nice break for me.

That said, I have Inferno. Grapple looks cool, but I think i need to hit up Ebay for him, and i don't like Ebay. Is he worth getting?

EDIT:: Ebay prices I'm looking at are about $50

If you don't have to look hard, then yeah, he's worth the $20. Great mold. I would not go out of your way to get one, however. Keep watching HTS, he's popped back up in stock several times.

If you want TFs these days you'd better:

    a) want movie shit
    b) get used to buying online

Grapple is definately worth it if you have a classics collection, I have the United version and I think it is great.

    a) i look forward to the breath of fresh air I'll get when the movie hits. I like the aesthetic and all, and i FULLY intend to get the new guys. But another Skids? Mudflap? Sideways? 10 more Primes and BBs? pass on those

    b) I'm learning to adapt. Its difficult, but I think I'm catching on ^_^

I think Grapple is a better fig than Inferno and a great use of the mold. Keep your eye on HTS and don't overpay for it.

Are you a completist? I'm guessing no. You already have Inferno so. . .

Hey, you could always buy Grapple and sell off the Inferno if you like Grapple better. Even money there.

Actually, I kinda am a bit of a completist. I mean, I dont go for stuff like packaging variants, and if i don't know about a character I usually wont get him, but otherwise, ya

I don't know if Grapple is worth the money, but I know he is hard to find.

I keep on checking at Walmart, Target and TRU and they never have it.

    Ebay:
He was last up on April 1st. He last almost two hours because TFW was on FuzzyWorld mode and so most people couldn't find the "HTS restock" thread. :p

FYI, I believe the release date of DOTM toys in in two weeks so chances are Hasbro aren't making any more. That doesn't mean that they haven't produced some already which just haven't shown up on the site yet but depending on HTS is risky business. Ask the people who got their Windcharger preorders canceled.

It's sad to know such things happening in the states, uneven distribution of stuff & whatnots.

Here in Asia where I'm from (S'pore), guys like Grapple, Lugnut & the RTS legends are shelf warming on the pegs & toy shelves. But amongst all Windcharger is still elusive as ever. He was only available for awhile & now..*poof!*

I bent over and paid eBay prices for it and I don't regret it one bit. The Inferno mold is awesome to begin and all the remolding done for Grapple is great. If you can rationalize spending that much money for it, I say go for it.
