You're right on this one. :lol

Some member from a local forum in Singapore posted this picture sometime earlier.

    Edit:

Before anyone misunderstood the whole thing, I was responding to SydneyY's post about a concrete sightings in Australia so yeah, this IS taking place in TRU Australia, NOT Singapore.

It was Jetwing ($199 from BBTS) and yeah in retrospect it was a bad idea. I should have picked up another HT 89 Batman instead. I'd sell it now but I doubt I would get more than $100 for it.

Again, I lucked out on the Energon Swords, a friend who was in Japan managed to snagged a set for me. The blades were released in Japan as a Toys R Us exclusive. I think you can try EBay for them but I think the prices are steeped right now.

Just be careful if you buy the blades online. There is a KO or fake for it. The bad thing about the original blades is there is no TakaraTomy stamp on it. So try to ask the seller for the instructions but even that can be a fake. The best way is to examine and familiarize the designs of the original blades, especially the grey sections. There are differences if one looks carefully.

If there's a TF 4, I have no idea how they're going to top Striker, maybe with better paint aps and more weapons like the axe Optimus used in the final battle?

Darn, that is expensive dude! To be honest, I never bought from bbts before because my friends who did so found them expensive.

Less for $100 in the US? I doubt so dude, unlike Asia JW was not released at retail. I think if you can afford to, take your time in selling him.

I think there was a thread about Aussie Jetwing Prime a while back. The postage from here to the US is very expensive. You'll be looking at $70+ for shipping alone (Jetwing is a beast) :(

I bought mine for $145 or so this time last year. I'm still in love. I am not too fussy about paintjob and more appreciative of "toy" aspect of him.

aren't the TRU Battle Blades just the swords from the ROTF Leader Prime mold?

My Jetwing was $186 shipped, and at that price, I was extremely happy. I didn't own the Buster mold, so I was getting a remolded Optimus with a beast of an accessory. $300 is pushing it, but just because we won't see this in the US I'd say go for it. It's really the only figure someone would need for a DOTM shelf.

If you have the extra cash,Buster Prime is definitely a worth while figure to get.

If they're charging 10 bucks for some swords, how much do you reckon this ko would be?

Nevermind the fact it doesn't fit a standard leader prime.
