This is probably from the dotm game if anything, and before you say woah no games cant have this good of graphics, I think you should really go back and look at the picture b/c it totally looks like a game screenshot. Remember games do have cut scenes with amazing graphics. But to me this doesnt really look that amazing, I'm just saying that I've read some of you do think it's amazingly good, and it's fine, we all got our opinions.

 

Triplechangers? FINALLY!  

My gut instinct is telling me this is a fake but if it were to be real...   But how would they make a figure for him? They can't even get simple triplechangers right...

The image is too simple. I can see through the arms too well and no complex wiring or intricate "armor" placing.

EDIT: In all honesty though, I would like to see the character in DOTM seeing as how we haven't heard much for the Decepticon forces.

 

I'm with you there. I'm in the camp hoping that if it is real, the Animated gimmick is kept. It would be awesome.

Okay, that looks pretty cool. But let's not forget people; this is Bayformers we're talking about. For all we know this character will be named 'Beachcomber'.
But all cynicism aside, if that is indeed Blitzwing, I hope he doesn't suffer from what I like to call the 'Greivous effect' like poor Bonecrusher did.
You know what mean; a character who's really hyped up, and you're looking forward to seeing him, but then totally fucks up as soon as the director says 'Action'.

Here are reasons why this is fake:

• So the leaked image which conveniently is at a high resolution just happens to be a single clean shot of Blitzwing? I don't think so, Tim.
• Look at those wings. They are in whole chunks on his back instead of broken down.
• An Earth vehicle triple changer is not Bay's style.
• Completely unconvincing background of easy to make clouds and a cheap lens flare sun.

Case closed.

Once again, I apologize for losing by temper, but bad trolls grind my gears and seeing a potentially REALLY good troll attempt wasted on poor execution made me go berserk.

I have to agree that he's too simple to be a Bay-Former Blitzwing... Look at Starscream, who's wings became his SHOULDERS... Wings don't tend to hang off backs... Doors do...

I'd love a Movie Blitzwing figure though, IF done well!

About the only bots to retain something close to their G1 forms are Optimus, now long nosed; Ratchet, still some kind of ambulance; Starscream, who has been a F22 in Energon; Shockwave, kinda; & the Constructicons, now too many & w/ still different forms for most... There could be a couple more, but they're the only ones that come to mind.

I too though Animated's take on the Triplechanger was interesting & welcome... & it actually EXPLAINED the 3rd mode!
