I wish they'd stop making em', and move on to greater and better things...

The movies, they have come and should have passed... however, this dead horse? It keeps getting beaten to dust...

I have mixed feelings. Mostly, I'm glad that the crew has taken a little break until and that Bay finally got to make Pain and Gain. Without having to rush the movie out for a 2013 release, there will be more time to polish up the script and make a good movie. I'm in the camp that there should have been three years between the all the movies (ROTF had the writer's strike and I think they rushed into DOTM too fast). On the other hand, I enjoy the heck out of these movies and watching a new one always brings me back to my childhood.

I'm missing something. Prime has none of my love, MTMTE is once a month, and regardless is the only thing TF I'm into now. I want another movie so I can shift my focus back to the robots in disguise again. On the plus side, the break is great for collecting lines I usually would not have because I'd be collecting Transformers.

I kind of miss them, but then kind of glad we're getting a bit of a break.

Look, they have their place, but I voted that I don't miss them. Right now there's plenty to be excited about, and I feel when the movies are around they suck all the oxygen out of the room and crowd out everything else.

I've defended Bay and don't think the movies are the worst thing ever, but I'm at a point where a stop is good. We'll collect ourselves, enjoy a cartoon or two, and then someone will hopefully take the movies in a different direction which may be good or bad.

I would be sad if there was never another movie series, but I'd rather wait 4 or 5 years.

    I'm quite relieved there's a movie break.
One can only have shit rubbed in their face for so long until a break is needed.

Eh, yes and no. I like the movies, but I have TFP and Rescue Bots to keep my Transformers fix satisfied.

Don't miss them at all, or their toys clogging up shelves.

I'm enjoying the break and the next trilogy is anything like ROTF and DOTM, I wish it would last forever.

I don't really care one way or another, but if it means forcing Prime to end to bring about the next generation of Transformers, then at least there's a CHANCE something I like on the Hub with equally good toys will come out of Hasbro's changed sales plans.

Mixed feeling. We all get tired of fighting robots at some point.

I don't mind having a little break from the movies. It lets other Transformers merchandise take the lead for the change. But I can't wait for the movies to return and see what toys are planned for that. But I am deeply enjoying the FOC line so far.

Would be great if there was a 10 year break before another director would make a serious Transformers movie and not just a SFX orgy like we get now. I far more enjoy More Than Meets The Eye and Robots In Disguise. Michael Bay's movies are only 5% of what these comics are.
