Should I get Alternator Nemesis Prime off ebay for $50 plus $10 shipping or hold off until there is a cheaper one?

I got it for $46 include shipping. Just wait a bit and the ebay price should come down. I got it the same day Nemesis Primes were on sale on HTS so the full impact of the shortage haven't been felt yet. Just be patient or trade with someone on this forum.

All right, that is all I wanted to hear. Thanks.

I see sellers have it for $30 or so, but then you look at their shipping costs and they want $25 or so for shipping because they are overseas. I'f I'm paying that much in total, I might as well just pay a few extra dollars from a seller in the US.

Yeah. I had the chance to get him, but it would have cost me $68CAD, I won't pay more for this guy than I would any other Alt.

Right after HasbroToyShop.com stopped selling 'em, and ComiCon ended, you couldn't find one for less than $75. As time passes, more people are realizing they're not as worth it as they thought they'd be.

Personally, I'd love to buy one for about $30 in a somewhat damaged box 'cause I'm only going to take him out of it anyway. This MISB stuff is for people with far more OCD than I'm suffering.

That's about how much I paid for him as well. We'll see if he's worth it when he finally arrives. :banghead:

In terms of value for money it's not the best way to spend $60 on a TF...

...but that is around the going rate these days.

I'd do it. Afraid if you wait any longer you'll just end up paying more.

Sooner the better with this guy, unless you have great connections.

I wouldn't expect him to drop much below $50. He is an exclusive after all, and they don't usually go down in price much. He's definitely worth getting, the mold looks much better in black than red.

Easily worth $50 shipped. With all of the Sigapore sellers out there selling for just about retail price (just a little over $20), it should be cake to get it in your hands for about $50.

    It's a beautiful figure.

Man, is he so hot? I'm from Singapore and he's CLOGGING the shelves in my retail shops. I've yet to pick him up because I don't really like him and if I do get him, I will wait for him to go on clearance.

But if I'm going to pay $55 for a figure from Singapore with shipping, I might as well just pay $60 from a US seller so I can have it in my hands within 3 days without having to wait 10 or so days from another country.

Dudes, its really not worth it to get it from Singapore, it would be better if you can get it from the US as Dr. Kain mentioned.

I got mine from a hong kong seller. It shipped on a Wednesday and I got in the next Monday. Toy spark always uses their EMS shipping, which got to me faster then USPS Priority Mail sometimes does.

I payed 52 dollars shipping included
    28.5 without shipping

but the Has/Tak designer that decided NOT to use the space in his lower legs (to lengthen the upperlegs) should get fired, it is so obvious, and could be made with even less costs (2 metal pins and 2 moving plastic panels less)

    Ebay:
Is the mold worth $50? Hell no. Despite looking big and imposing, I think it's the worst mold in the entire line.

However, as an exclusive with a very limited run? Might not be THAT bad. I mean, it is an inflated price...but I think it might increase in value with age.

But that's just my guess. $50 is $50.
