I know it's not quite comic accurate, but I wanted to take the pic before I went to bed.

Cool pic! Picked up Snap On Armor and Red Repulsor IM from Target yesterday. They are both amazingly awesome. I can't put Snap On IM down. I keep changing the parts around. Another thing you guys might not know is that the IM heads are just huge ball joints, like the Joes heads. They pop right off and you can swap them between the different IMs. Why you'd want to, I don't know, since most of the figures are just repaints. If you have a reg. Mk3 though, and you get Snap On IM, then you can have a more articulated, removable helmet IM if you swap the heads, since the colors match.

I can't wait to get the rest of this line. I'll pass on the first 'Monger, but that's about it. I hope they do another wave, at least. If you've seen the game trailer, then you know there's an actual Stealth IM(blue/black paint job), and that would make a nice exclusive for perhaps TRU. Target gets Silver Centurion, Walmart gets War Machine, so it's only fair that TRU gets Stealth Armor.

The Wal-Mart one IS stealth armor. At least that's what they are calling it for its name.

My personal suggestions for a ToysRus exclusive figure would be:

    1. a gold colored version of the Mark-1 Armor.
    2. a blue "U.S.S.R." stealth version of the Mark-3 armor or using the "Prototype" figure.

I'd also like to eventually see a movie Tony Stark figure and a movie-style Crimson Dynamo figure.

Which one is that? The snap-on armour one or regular one?

    Regardless, MINE.

Regular Mark-3 figure. You can tell from the forearms.
The "Prototype"'s forearms are solid with no wrist articulation.

Picked up the Stealth Armor(War Machine) and the big IM from Walmart. Fucking awesome figs. I can't stop messing with War Machine's guns though the wrist guns dont want to stay put so I leave them off. Only dissapointed abit by the big IM's lack of articulation.

Do the missile launchers retract on his back at all? That's the deal breaker for me and the reason why I sold my ML one. Launchers that just sit on the shoulders and aren't retractable are a big turn off for me.

They fold back on hinges. Like if he would be flying he would be able to fire them off.

EDIT: Alpha beat me to it.

I got Iron Man Stealth Operations Suit (aka War Machine) today. Unfortunately they didn't have the others. I really want Mark III and Prototype, maybe the second Iron Monger, Titanium Man, and Silver Centurion if I can afford them. This is one of the best movie lines I've seen, next to the Transformers movie figures of course.

The hands on the Mark figures are way too small.

War Machi- I mean, Stealth Operations Unit looks awesome. Deffinately picking up a couple of these.

What makes you say that? They look the perfect size for the figures.

I've hit 5 or so Walmarts in the last 3 days and they don't have any IM figures. Of course, since War Machine is the figure I want the most. Sure, Silver Centurian and Mk3 are cool (As seen in my pic, glad you guys liked it), but WM was the one I really wanted.

I think next week I'll call instead of heading on out. Sure, they may not be helpful on the phone, but it'll save time and gas in all likelyhood, at least for a few days until I'm out and can stop without making any special trips for it.
