I got a chuckle out of those two covers as well. Mainly because the SM shows him taking the mask off inside(with Tony on the left) and then CW:Frontline shows the both of them outside(with Tony's superspeeding sidestep to the right).

I believe it's just a collage as Jameson was no where near the press conference, yet he's on the cover of Frontline.

I also like how Ironman is in his Armor on both covers, yet in the interiors of all the Spidey press conference scenes (Civil War 2 and ASM 532-533) he's wearing a business suit.

Ya, my brotehr was commenting hwo wierd Spidy looked in Frontline #2.
Another thing that confused me was who was being compared to Cesar. It was vague as to if it was Prodigy or Iron Man. I thought Iron Man, but my brother pointed out that Prodigy is often shown with the guys who are clearly under Ceasar's command.

I think the Caesar reference was to Iron Man; note that both Iron Man and Caesar win their contoversial and pivotal battles.

Iron Man was not the Caesar reference. Caesar was going against what his Government wanted him to do.

The Senate ordered Caesar to return to Rome and disband his army because his term as Proconsul had completed. The Marvel US Goverment ordered the Heroes to turn themselves in/reveal their identites. Not the same thing, but similar ideas.
