Are they in your Stack with other items?

I've found that you can go ahead and ship your stack with the unprocessed items, and it will let you just pay for them right away instead of waiting for an auto-payment later, get your free shipping, and possibly have your package shipped out a day earlier.

If you looked at their Facebook page, get their email newsletter, or looked at their product/event calendar you'd see they're traveling to/from TFCon last week and this week and that their processing and shipping times will be somewhat slower as they have reduced staff available. I highly doubt they are "keeping $20 you paid" or any such thing.

I feel sorry for retailers serving this community when I read posts like that. Even though there's probably only a few over-reactive customers, it's gotta be annoying af for retailers to deal with them.

I order all my stuff through TFSource and they always ship it out that same day or next. I usually receive it the day after that... helps living in San Diego with their warehouse in Las Vegas.

They typically take at least a couple days to turn around in-stock orders, in my experience. I love the proximity as well, being in the Southwest. The quick shipping times make up for the order processing time compared to someone like BBTS that might take a week to process the order and another week for it to arrive.

Ya, I mean I paid for Trypticon when it came in stock on the 12th, they shipped it on the 13th, and I got it on the 14th so..

Several US based online retailers have traveled to TFCon in Canada. Even if they actually got stocks in, they wouldn't be able to get all of their stuff sent out until they get back to their respective houses. If you're really that antsy, maybe you should just switch over to a different store. Have you even contacted them about your shipping cost? Have you checked their policies?

I like you both, so I'll say thanks for the responses. I do feel pretty disappointed though.

People get disappointed. That's just life. Why not get a dialogue with your retailer going. I'm sure there's an explanation, specially with the recent TFCon event.

I did try contacting them but have yet to get a reply. It's fine, I just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems over the past few months like I had. Forget I said anything.

Chosen Prime is usually, if not always open with communication. They said they'll be gone for TFCon last week. They should be back on Thursday IIRC.

They didnt have it at TFCON unfortunately, as i really wanted to pick him up.

Just ordered it on ebay from Netclow for 26USD shipped, as i am not expecting to want anything else this month to wait for Flash Sale.

Yup sunstorm just like ghost scream is being included as bits with each release. Skywarp gonna have ghost screams arms and suns legs. Suns torso will be with the coneheads.
