Stopped off at Best Buy and grabbed an Otterbox. And now I'm waiting at the window for the FedEx guy.
So, after pre-ordering my iPhone 5, it just arrived today after a month wait. Let me say.... I'm pretty happy with it! It's a tremendous upgrade from the iPhone 4; my 4 feels like a 45 pound weight now! Which is nuts because the 4 wasn't heavy at all.
I got one yesterday since Best buy had the 16GB for $150 and they gave me $50 for my old 3GS. Holy shnikes this is lightning fast.
Got my iPhone yesterday. Within the hour I was already looking to jailbreak aha Anyways, I'm having the hardest time finding a case/bumper. I'm currently looking at this one: SPIGEN SGP | iPhone 5 Case Neo Hybrid EX Slim Snow - iPhone 5 - Apple iPhone - Cell Phones I like it cuz it has a silicone cover. Theres also this one: Graci Aluminum Bumper Case for iPhone 5 What are you guys using and how is it holding up?
I thought iOS 6 can't be jailbroken? Oh, and if you're looking up install0us/apptrakr, they closed down.
I use a Commuter Series Otterbox. In my personal opinion, I think it's one of the best cases on the market. It protects the iPhone on all ends, and it still feels like you're holding an iPhone when you have it in hand, and not a brick. It comes with a great screen protector as well. Right now iOS 6 cannot be jailbroken.
Yeah, sadly no jailbreak yet. I love the customizations. First time actually using the feature., but was Siri toned down? Like I've seen and read that you can have her call you by "master" or "ambulance", but when I try it, even with real names, I just a get "I'm afraid I can't do that." EDIT: Nvm, I figured it out. I just don't like having a fake contact on my contacts list, but whatever.
I use a Speck Candyshell with my iPhone 3G S. It's holding up quite well for the last 2 years. It's basically a two layer case with silicone on the inside and a hard plastic shell on the outside. CandyShell Cases for iPhone 5 | Speck Products Check them out. I'm getting a candyshell for my new phone as well. (Which is not gonna be an iPhone.)
