Just thought I would say hi to everyone and add a huge thanks to tfw2005 members for (re)enlightning me into the Transformers world. I grew up with the G1 cartoon (cough, along time ago, cough), and found out about the new movie through this site a few months back. <<-- been a lurker for a while, checking out movie news and the like and finally saw the movie on opening night here in Aus. I wasnt disapointed So thought I would join up and try to drop in occasionally and add some input, maybe one day even help out somehow (always good to help those that have helped you ) My collection currently is in the remaking, so far I have all (appearing) movie figures and am trying to dig up some of my original G1 toys. Found Grimlock, Slag, 90% Devistator as well as Prime and a few other bits and pieces, the search continues Id have to say so far my Masterpiece Megatron (unmodded) that by some act of god I managed to find in Aus is my current pride and joy. Looking forward to meeting some peeps and contributing when I can. Cheers
Welcome to the boards! The Junkion Exchange is a nice place to go if youre in need of some stuff....you just might find what your looking for there. Dont forget to post pics of your collection in the Collections thread. Have fun and enjoy your stay
Thanks for the info I'll have to check out the Junkion Exchange, could be looking for some stuff in the future, Ill see what I can get as a pic of my rather small collection hopefully ver the next few days
No young grasshopper. It is something that I like to say to every new member. The Cybertonium pits are actualy from the g1 episodes " Desertion of the Dinobots" Parts 1+2.
been a long time since i saw an old G1 episode ill have to work on fixing that and trust me these boxes might as well be Cybertronium pits, 3 young cousins inhereted all my G1 stuff years ago, Im surprised anything is still in one piece, from what ive found so far i might be in some luck
