    Hi all,
Been a lurker from the begining of the site and started collecting again about 2 years ago. As I'm 2 away from Hercules thought it was about time to finaly join the fray. My goal is to have all G1 show characters seasons 1,2 and movie represented in classics style. Never liked seasons 3 on ,though the predicons and a few others get in on pure coolness. Now my question is who do you think makes the better classics shockwave? imho Energon shockblast is just to big , FoC shockwave is good but a little to small, and DotM shockwave seems real close other than his cyber-ribcage but not sure how he scales. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Until FoC came along most collectors seem to have struggled with a suitable Shockwave beyond customisations.

Personally I think the Alternators Shockwave fits best due to the accurate headsculpt, stocky proportions in bot mode, overall colour scheme and the G1 accurate arm cannon.

That mold may not be for you but it's worth adding to your shortlist imo for consideration.

Energon Shockblast seems to be the best choice. Isn't he somewhat around Voyager Megatron's height?

I'm wondering if and when an oversized KO FoC Shockwave will be made. That'd be pretty awesome.

This has been my choice, also dont think you'll get a perfect scaled lineup so i've just went with my favourite incarnation of each character then lineup the ones that do scale well

Why not track down a G1 Shockwave?

Welcome James. I would agree that Alternators Shockwave would be a good representation, however for size, honestly, DOTM Shockwave even though he's movieverse, has the best lightpiping, articulation, color, and attitude to represent the character. He's supposed to be as big if not bigger than Megatron, being a Cybertronian character.

Energon Shockblast is also a good representation, save for the gun arm, and the alt mode isn't much to look at.

And I agree, where's my KO FOC Shockwave?
