Ive been visiting everyday now and always enjoy visiting! hopefully I can meet some kool people here too Today I went to the toysrus in Nottingham and was kinda pissed to see no deluxe figs but just voyager's (was hoping to get a barricade and a jazz) but anyway I bought blackout and when i transformed it i noticed a screw came off and so did his missile thing on his shoulder,if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please tell me , also if this has happened before please say aswel! God this has got to be the most design for a toy ever lol. Think I should get a replacement/refund? Thanks guys.

'Sup dude. Welcome to the boards. What most folks have been describing sounds about right - bring all the packaging and etc. and your defective toy back, ask 'em for a new one, explain what happened. It shouldn't be too much trouble.
