EXCLUSIVE: TRANSFORMERS: COMBINER WARS Interview With Amy Johnston
Didn't Maxima only have three lines?
I'm pretty sure she only had one line.
Did anyone ask her "How did it feel to play that one bot' in one episode and die in the same said episode?"
Women who do martial arts are hott!!
did anybody ask her why Combiner Wars SUCKS SO HARD? like is the team behind it made of 12 y'olds and they're letting them do this as a school project or something???
I feel bad hating on CWM because the people responsible for it are doing it seem like really great people, the kind of people I could get along with. They're not faceless studio execs.
But that means it doesn't get the "corporate meddling" excuse.
Lol yeah this cracks me up , interviewing her like she had a big part. Maxima had like what? 2 lines?
This series has really become a joke. Why are we getting interviews of people who had literally 1-2 line of dialogue for a red shirt we'll never see again?
... Should we tell her?
I do wonder if she's aware of Maxima's true purpose for the show is? Because I do feel bad about her being excited for this since I did see her as Harley in that Deadpool and Domino vs Joker and Harley video and she was good in that.
If you mean that her character died, it doesn't matter since flashbacks are always a thing. Probably not in this show though.
It doesn't sound like she realizes that Maxima is dead. Besides, most flashbacks are about as long as an episode for this show.
"Maxima was described to me as a strong female character"
Yes, the transformer who falls apart like tissue paper is strong.
I feel bad for her. She literally had nothing to work with and had like one or two lines at most.
she has potential I think as a VA but she didn't get to shine at all in this.
She took it like a champ, though. Negan would be proud.
That or the fact that Chromia or M. of Flame will probably take over as Windblade's new partner/confidant.
Guess that's what happens when you have YouTubers do your programming for you?
I'm a fan of Channel Awesome, but I'm not a fan when they do acting. Just stick to sitting in front of a camera and review stuff. Thats what you're good at.
I'm still in for this show. If it sucks oh well, no need to get butthurt. I'm glad we're getting a show geared towards fans rather than just a mainstream kids show. Hopefully this inspires other studios to pick up the slack and do something similar.
