Okay so I live on the outskirts of a decent size town but yet the haven't run the telephone lines for AT&T broadband and I've been using the Cricket smart card but I can't get broadband with it and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good internet provider that isn't too expensive. I've looked into satellite but was curious what some of you may use for gaming and otherwise.

    Thanks

I use satellite internet access and I cannot recommend it.

odds are you will have bandwith limit and either get shut down or have to pay extra if you exceed it ( I get shut down ).

For gaming its not a good choice as it tends to lag, mine does at any rate.

Finally the weather can affect it even more than satellite Tv, i have had time the weather has knocked me offline and i can still get TV via DISH network.
