I just bought Buster Prime and the Buster Prime / Jetfire 2-Pack. (YAY!!!!!!) And it was delivered today.

My question is about this sticker it has on the package.

I bought it on ebay from someone in Hong-Kong, so obviously it had to go through international shipping.

I see that it has this pink sticker on it that reads the words:

    "International Inbound Parcel"

and then in much bigger letters

    "Signature Capture"

Now, I know what signature confirmation is, but what is signature capture? Is it that Signature capture is the foreign or international equivalence of signature confirmation?

    Does anyone know about this?

EDIT: I'm curious because I never signed for anything at all, and am tired of the lazy post office doing ish like this if indeed they did need a signature.
