I was watching a solid performance of Megan in Jennifer's Body and googled some news about her. Stumbled on IMDB and found a cross referenced news about TF3 in the Guardian with a specific section.

Original News came from the L.A. Times.

Condensed Guardia source: Week in geek: Transformers with fewer explosions: a bang-out-of-order suggestion? | Ben Child | Film | guardian.co.uk

Original long article from the L.A. Times:'Transformers,' Michael Bay and the sound of awards season [Updated] | Hero Complex | Los Angeles Times

Is that again a decoy from MB? Or did he listened to us fans?
He tried to spread some false rumors TF2, which didn't work, what about this time? Do you believe him?

Its old. But yes I believe him. You can't lie to a shitload of heavy grossing news paper industries and not expect a shitload of lawsuits for false advertising.

I don't know could you really take what a director says before a movie starts filming as false advertising?

Before a movie starts filming directors, writers, actors, effects people, really the whole production team is just swarming with ideas. Some of those ideas end up as part of the finished film and other times things change as other ideas come up during the filming process.

At most I see what Bay says as what he would like for the third movie but I don't see anything he said as any sort of promise about what we will actually see when the movie is actually finished and shipped out to theaters.

Plus remember this is the same person who said over and over that Megatron was not coming back in his movies even though Hasbro had pictures out of Megatron's new look for part 2.
