The video with Optimus shaking BB's hand has actually been around for a long time. The Nemsis footage is new though.
Do I spy a red repaint of Bumblebee on the concept art behind Tieger? Could we be getting a cameo of Cliffjumper in the finished game, or in the future? ^^ Great look at the stories, although by now most of the info is common knowledge. Seeing Megs on board the Nemesis was really cool though, as well as him blasting random 'Con! thanks for sharing!
I am so hyped about this game, however there is only one gripe I have with this game so far. . . . . Why couldn't the original transformation sound be used? Any attempt to recreate it sounds like complete garbage
I have to agree. I don't like the new sound much myself. Does someone hold a trademark on the classic sound? I do have a few more gripes, the moving parts seem to be a bit too much at times--parts move all the time, not just when they're idle. Also the added sounds seem to be a bit much at times too. These gripes, however, won't stop me from buying the game. I wanted it in December!
Except it doesn't. And it's not an attempt at "recreating" it. It's their own transformation sound that fits in with this style.
I think Sunbow has it, but its been used in other series/ media before . . . .WHY NOT NOW!?!?!?!?!?! Hasbro or the developer must not have wanted to pay the licensing for it. I guarantee that's gonna come up in somebody's review. I'd have to disagree. The same intervals for that pulse remain consistent. Granted, it may be thier own spin, but you know what it is attempting to be. I'd rather have various machine noises than that personally.
G1 pre-quel? Ok, if its such a G1 pre-quel, when why is Bumblebee a central character? Its more like a movie pre-quel but they dont want to admit, the transformations says it all....not a bad thing to me, just wish they wouldnt lie. When he said he showed his kid, I knew it was movieverse
Bumblebee is the "kids character". My kids are 6 and 4 and they can point out BB more than any other character, in any toy and they've seen episodes of every gen of TF on video. They state that this is where Op meets BB and it's considered canon so we have to assume that.
I'm very excited about this game. Still not sure I like the TRON-esque neon highlights on the 'formers (and everything else). I'm not sure I see why that's necessary. It might grow on me.
