Not entirely sure if I am allowed to post a question about experiences with an eBay seller, so if a mod feels a need to delete this, please do so.

Anyhow, I've been following a couple of eBay auctions from seller 'escort5speed'. He's been putting up auctions for several MIB and MISB Gig Diaclone 'Trasformers'. What caught my attention is the fact that he's been selling the same (reasonably rare) items a couple of times over:

    Gig 'Sunstreaker': $460.55 (March 15th 2012)
    Gig 'Sunstreaker': $363.00 (April 5th 2012)
    Gig 'Sunstreaker': $341.00 (April 26th 2012)

    Gig 'Jazz: $204.16 (March 15th 2012)
    Gig 'Jazz': $202.50 (April 5th 2012)
    Gig 'Jazz': $207.50 (April 26th 2012)

    Gig 'Sideswipe': $405.00 (March 15th 2012)
    Gig 'Sideswipe': $202.50 (April 5th 2012)

    Gig 'Wheeljack': $776.68 (March 15th 2012)
    Gig 'Wheeljack': $521.11 (April 5th 2012)
    Gig 'Wheeljack': $357.51 (April 26th 2012)

I actually sent him a post after I saw his second Gig Sunstreaker, asking him how he was selling an item twice (with exactly the same photo's), and I only got the following vague answer:
Another red flag was the fact that although some of these items were sold a couple of weeks ago, he still has not received feedback on any of them (positive OR negative). Interestingly enough, though, he does have 100% positive feedback, and he does have positive feedback on a couple of interesting Transformers.

So... Anyone have any actual experiences with dealing with this guy, or know of case finds of Gig Tra(n)sformers or something?

I have never heard of him, but for that amount of money, and the red flags raised.... I wouldn't trust him.

just cause it was sold, doesn't mean it was sold to someone that wasn't his second account.. I have seen people do this before just to get ratings or whatever it's called..and then post the real item and rip the person off.. just be weary..

I would advise you stay as far from this guy as you can. Red flags....red flags everywhere.

I'm not defending the guy or anything, but it could just be that the previous buyer never paid for the items, but for that to happen so many times? That's what I find to be suspicious.
