This doesn't look good!
Incapacitated I think... tied/magnetised to the ship for some reason?
Could be but man does this look epic
I doubt it is Optimus, but if something indeed happens to him then YAY Bumblebee steps into charge!
I'm not sure that's an official account (transformersmovie is the official one so could just be a fan reposting everthing) so I wouldn't take much notice
I'd say injured Optimus, he's died once so they can't really do that again.
The set pic isn't fake lol?
What if it isn't Optimus but another unknown "knight"?
No the set pic is real but the official account doesn't say anything about it involving Optimus being injured or dying.
Well no duh. It's not gonna spoil a critical point of plot like that. It's clearly his leg that's the green blocks though that mark is hurling over. It's literally identical to the cgi leg render.
I know, but what I meant that the idea of it being a dying or injured Optimus, even though it does look like his leg, is just something suggested by another fan. Hence 'I wouldn't take any notice of it' in response to:
All we know is a transformer, probably Optimus, is laying down. Anything else is just a jump to conclusions.
If it does turn out to be an injured Optimus, I just know that my brother is immediately going to blame Hot Rod. Heck in the Instagram post someone has already done so and is demanded that Hot Rod gets killed off by the dragon eating him.
Poor Hot Rod, seems like there's barely any love for him.
Yeah it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out with Hot Rod and if there's any suggestion he has the potential as a leader.
why !? thats unfair ...
hot rod didn´t write the film ...
Oh, no. Oh HELL to the no. If that's Prime he better not be dead, I swear to god...
I had a thought about Optimus coming back from space injured and out of comission for a better half of the movie and the task of retrieving the artefact falls to the Autobot team.
BTW about Optimus quick return (and his supposed visit to Cybertron): does anyone think that after the space bridge fiasko, the planet may be drifting in the vicinity of Earth. That's why it would take Optimus such a short time to reach Cybertron and come back to Earth?
Sooo...RotF all over again? No thanks.
Doesn't look like Optimus leg to me, think it's probably someone else
Separate names with a comma.
