I'd stay away from this guy.

    He's on eBay as: landquake36

I bought a 100% Jetfire from him and paid immediately after winning. He's now dropped off the face of the earth. I know he had a bunch of listings for transformers so I'm probably not the only one.

I am currently in paypal dispute/ebay dispute with this transaction.

... bummer because I was SO excited to get a Jetfire.

An update here, I have heard back from the seller now that I had to scour the earth to find him.

I'll try to stick to the facts:

    His house got flooded
He didn't want to send bad figures
He doesn't have my money to refund
He will send refund when he does get money
Apparently he saw my email and other emails but didn't get around to informing us what happened, too many emails apparently

Oh yeah, I found him perusing here on the TFW forums

It's sad to hear about the loss of property and to deal with recovering from it; I hope he has some kind of insurance.

I and other ebayers however are not a bank, you sell hundreds of dollars of stuff to people and have problems, you should communicate this, not to mention there has been what 2 weeks to communicate? I'm not purporting to know the situation he's faced with but I'm a busy MF'er and I would not pull this kind of stunt. I definitely do not expect it from someone I would employ or do business with; even in a rough situation such as this.

    ****************************************

5/26/11 I still have NO refund
