In case anybody's wondering about the various retailer exclusive DVD releases of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, here they are.

I'm leaning towards the Target one with the 80-page photo book, but I can't find a price.

I'm getting to BB when they open so I can grab one of the $40 sets with the Collectors Cyrstal Skull piece. A tiny replica of the skull and a pedestal to put it on. Kick ass cool lookin!

I'll probably get the Target version. That 80-page booklet looks cool.

Probably getting the Target exclusive on Blu-Ray. The skull replica is tempting, but it's too small.

neither, I got it on Bluray at BB, so we don't get anything special. Well except the HD image on the movie and all the docs.

Wal-mart and Best Buy have it for 26.99. Cheapest I've seen it thus far.

Same here. I was disappointed from this one. I see it as something that has nothing to do with the previous 3 movies.

Which would be an awsome point except that, aside from gestures, none of the three previous movies have anything to do with the other. Hell this one address Area 51 as being the place where the Ark was kept, which is more than Temple of Doom did to tie it to the previous movie.

Indy is not about continuity in an epic storyline. It's just a bunch of different adventures with the character as the core.

I'll give you that the movie sucked to some people, but it shouldn't have been because it had nothing to do with the previous movies, or everything after Raiders would have sucked balls.

I had a 5 dollar off any blu-ray coupon for Target that needed to be used. Target has a pretty nice exclusive.

This. I can't believe so many people on a website about alien transforming robots found this movie so outlandish. I didn't think the plot was any more ridiculous than the first 3. And the movies always had a bit of cheese in them, listen to the sound effects.

Temple Of Doom was set before Raiders. It couldn't reference it.

Got it today. It's absolutely stunning on BluRay! Can't wait until the first three hit BluRay.

This. I at least think that this movie was better than Temple of Doom. Despite having so much Shia in this movie, I enjoyed it for what it was, although some parts of the movie go beyond cheesy imo (monkeys and Le Douche in trees!!).

Anyway, I got the Blu Ray version at Target with the book. I really really love that packaging (although be warned that the case is DVD sized rather than Bluray sized). I think that this artbook really throws this title into my selection of favorite movie cases ever.
