They'll probable release Leadfoot all teched out like the legends figure, like Topspin and Nitro BB.

 

Jolt is the only one of these I may buy, and even then, I'm not sure I'll buy him. I like Jolt, just not sure if I want a repaint in my collection.

I won't buy deluxe Starscream because of the scale, and I currently don't have any interest in Topspin or Roadbuster - those are wait and see the movie first figures, as I'm not sure I'll like the characters.

 

He's not just a repaint of the ROTF figure. It's an entirely new mould for DOTM.  

 

Apparently Cybertron's reactors are very "energetic" in summers.

 

I'll get topspin and roadbuster. Jolt might be bought if I see him and have 12 dollars too waste.

This makes me think that their "hillbilly" personas are limited to just visual homage.

I'm not even sure we would have noticed anything if we weren't hyper-sensitive after Skids and Mudflap. As in, while I believe Skids and Mudflap were a HUGE mistake, I'm not even sure people are seeing something real this time.

 

I still fully expect the Wreckers to talk like Larry the Cable Guy. It wouldn't surprise me if the extent of their mechanical know-how displayed in the movie ends up being them loading themselves down with guns/helping out with the Stealth Force thing. I doubt they'll be portrayed as master mechanics...or if they are, they'll be comic-relief bumbling type guys.

Is it just me or are the bios considerably shorter this time around? I guess they're running out of creative juice for the Bayverse character backstories :/
