    Can someone direct me to any websites (free perferably) where you can trace your family tree? Geneology?? I didn't know how to go about it right off the bat, so I figured i'd come to you guys first.

    type a name you're looking for into google... sometimes you get links to free sites like you need.

    Well, you could always do it the old fashioned way, digging through library archives and old dusty microfiche newspaper clippings, then checking all of your findings against each other and comparing with accounts from the living family members you can track down.

    familytree.org, i believe. my dad did alot of family treee research, i'll ask him when i call him later.
