    Hi.
Ratchet´s head´s limited in movement because of the grey neck.

If you remove these two screws:

And then take off the arms and remove the tiny Phillips screws behind his chest:

    You get this:

The spring is only secured by the shafts in which the grey part slides.

This is the neck with head:

Sand down a bit of the grey plastic, it won´t harm all movement if you take away about 2 mm .

It very much improves appearance of this mold, although it has not been repainted yet.[IMG]

    Please clarify

I'm having a hard time seeing the difference too. Can you post a close-up pic or describe more the area that gets sanded?

From the looks of it, it just looks like you shaved the gray part where it touches the chin yes? It's sort of that slope at the front of the gray piece.

THANK YOU! it gives him the subtle angling he NEEDED.

Basically, just dissassemble him and pop his head off the gray bit, and sand away until you're satisfied, like on thunderwing's mold, then re assemble and you're done.

Yes, only a little bit. Sand all around the neck until it fits your taste.
This and Ellamin´s improvement on Ratchet makes him a pretty cool toy:
