    1-the boxart is really beautiful!

2-Why Hasbro cant make something like this? ^^ I try to laugh instead of crying.

    3-such a nice figure!

I dont quite understand why people are complaining the arms are too thin, given that the proportions seem pretty good to me, given what the figure is going for. Many G1 figures that size have even bigger cases of "tiny-arm" and "tiny-head", dont they?

yeah, she seems good for the g1 sizes. i guess you can never have everyone to agree on anything. otherwise there would be world peace already.

    Impossible toys Arcee price?

Not meaning to jump on the 'how much will she be' bandwagon, but if anyone at impossible toys can give out a ballpark figure it would be extremly helpful to plan if I should look into getting her before or after Botcon for budgeting concerns.

It's a GREAT looking figure! My hat off to everyone involved in getting us this much maligined toy!

whatever you pay at botcon, dont pay scalper prices for it. just wait until preorders go up. if i paid 80.00 to 100.00 for it at botcon. then found out it retails for 50.00. i would not be a happy camper.

pretty good, but damn look at the size of magnus! i sure dont remember hasbro making a magnus that good looking ever. your arcee looks much more like the classics than the new impossible toys version.

First party toy companies don't either, once they label COLLECTORS ITEM, NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN on the box. Your point?

You say it like this Arcee is completely impossible to be made for the mass market at $10 cost, should Hasbro WANT to. That's just not true.

I'm pretty sure that's only for Takara, and that Hasbro can't bypass Child Safety laws like that. I could be wrong, however, given the release of the Masterpiece line in north America, though there were changes in design (shortened stacks, for example).

@Cappeca: I believe the US law won't let them go that easily, especially if hasbro aim to distribute their product via walmart/TRU/etc

It looks good, I just miss the vastly improved color scheme of Animated Arcee. The white and pink colors make it look cheap and delicate, when it's probably not.

Pretty much it. Sure, there's that "not suited for kids" disclaimer, but really, should Hasbro be criticized for trying to further minimize the risk of child injury?

TakHas released Alternators Arcee, targeting the collector's market.

As for a transforming Arcee toy based on her G1 cartoon model...it's funny how Hasbro gets all the flak for that, considering Takara never released such a toy either.
