I know where the best seats are now, but now. I need some help.

I am going to the IMAX 9 PM early viewing on the 28th but how early should I show up to get those seats I want. I figured an hour early. I already have tickets so how early do I need to show up to get the seat of my choosing?

P.S. ( thumbs up to anyone seeing the 9pm and midnight premier the same night:) .

Always remember that somewhere, out there, is a person who sees those seats and says "I should come an hour early." So, you should come an hour and a half earlier.

That sounds like a good answer but I want an answer from someone who has experience with IMAX theaters

If you're going to the midnight showing, show up at 9:00 p.m. If you're going to the 9:00 p.m showing, I recommend 7:00 p.m.

I got tickets to an IMAX 3D showing and they were reserved. I got right in the middle of the whole thing (front-to-back and side-to-side)!!! :D  I bought them an hour or two after they went up online. (they sold out a few hours after that :lol )

If the tickets are first come first serve for you then I'd definitely get there an 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Make sure to bring some games on your phone! :D

I rocked up to RotF opening night at IMAX about 3 hours early, maybe more actually. We had to wait outside the front of the building and there was already a few people in line, but we were close to the front. About half an hour later, I couldn't see the end of the queue behind me.
