    In my personal canon, "Grindor" is a resurrected Blackout (with a slight change in alt. mode I guess) and "Sideways" is a reformatted Barricade.

    That's two or three plot holes nicely filled by changing a couple of names. Names, by the way, which aren't even spoken on-screen...

    I don't care if they aren't really the same characters, saying they are just makes things flow better in my brain when watching the movies.

    Yah know something I never thought about that. I knew they used the same format from Barricade for Sideways, but man now that is even sounding pretty sweet to me. Man I cant believe I thought that for Blackout/Grindor?? and not Barricade/Sideways......


    Ever since I saw this I fell in love with this character and concept art, he should have been in the film/films......

    Got a point as this explains the overzealous use of Protoform cloning by Decepticons..
