Ok, so i know a lot of you guys dont like me on here but just bare with me on this one,

im sixteen. i have a fairly large collection separated by seires and by faction.

    very organized.

    cluttered. but organized.

so my dad came into my room last week,

i dont live with him so my collection had grown since he last saw it.

    sorry about the life story.

anyways, my dad asks me, " hey, if one of your friends took a random transformer, would you notice it was gone"

    i responded yes. confidently.

my dad came over again today.

turns out he took one without me seeing.

i would of never know if he hadn't told me.

im sure i would have noticed eventually but until he said something, i didn't.

im actually pretty ashamed of that.

    he took my bw airazor

my question to you is, would u notice if someone took any random transformer while u werent looking?

dont say it depends on the tf, cuz thats obvious

I'd notice eventually, but it probably wouldn't be until the next time I re-organized my collection and by that point it would be long gone. If it was one of my favorites I'd probably notice in a day or two.

my old roommate did that to me after i stashed his skywarp mini con in tidal waves arm (he just got it and had no idea ( and is kind of a simp when it comes to figuring out what shit does)) and hid (or stole) my g1 ravage, i had a feeling it was missing before i even got home and noticed immeadately, just sort of a sixth sense about my formers

Yes I would notice. I'm in my collection room every day. I can tell when any of my displayed figures are out of place at all. I'm not sure youre situation calls for "shame", as thats a pretty heavy emotion. Maybe try establishing a display pattern to help you redily identify any issues of they come up again.

    Why are you not liked?

The trick is to become more observant :

    - becoming a person who pays attention to small TF details in general.
    - becoming a person who senses people's smallest low key moves & gestures.

About the 'being liked or not liked' part : well everyone has a right to an opinion. But I think it's general consensus that
any differing opinion will be easier accepted by others if you put real proper thought into your opinions & arguments ; i.e. properly backing up your point of view.

It's ok, I'm ashamed of you too.

    :p

Well for me personally, at the moment I probably wouldn't notice if a tf went missing since my collection is a bit scattered about (that and my Animated Decepticon shelf got bumped and they got knocked all over the place, haven't gotten around to reorganizing them, or redoing my universe shelf or putting up something for my movie and RotF figures, etc). I'm sure if certain figures went missing I'd notice pretty quick, or if I had things put together I'd notice before too long, but yeah.

Aww, sounds like your dad was just having fun with you. Not that big of a deal, it's easy to not notice things you see every day and take for granted.

I'm more concern why you still paly with your toys at 16 man!? Shouldn't you be miggling with the chicks in school and getting laid before you become a laughing stock in school by the bullies who picks on nerds and geeks?

You'll have plenty of time to play with your toys once you grad from college and score a good paying job!

im not nerdy. i just like transformers. i skate bike surf hook up with chicks, etc...

im actually friends with most of the popular kids.

and most ppl know i like transformers. i wear transformers shirts twice a week.

and if they think its nerdy they can go fuck a goat

and about the bullies. i take shit from no1.
    EVER.

    i can handle a situation.

but yea collecting transformers is something i enjoy doing, so i do it

its better than doing drugs and having circle jerks like all of the other douche-bag guys in my high school

Honestly I wish I would've still been into transformers at age 16 would've saved me a lot of money now ha. At age 12 I told my mom it was ok to give away all my transformers and I am slowly rebuilding the fine collection I once had.

And if you can't beat those douche-bags, you can always join them in their circles jerks rituals while singing "I got the touch. I got the power......" by Stand Bush.
