Hopefully, you computer-literate fellas here might be able to help me out.
Well, I'm having a constant problem in which my computer decides to shut off one of the two USB hubs located on the back of my tower after a nondescript amount of time. Now, this is a problem because it makes both my mouse and keyboard useless unless I plug them into the other hub. Then they function fine, until the second USB hub also shuts off, and I have no way of doing anything other than shutting off the computer and turning it on again. Rinse, dry, repeat. It's all a very unhealthy process.
    Here are some details:
    -Running 64-bit Windows 7
-USB hubs shut off without any warning or pattern
-Disabling USB selective suspend has not had any effect
-Going into Device Manger, disabling and re-enabling one of the hubs that has shut off will make it work again for a short period of time
-Complete scans for malicious software with multiple anti-virus programs, including Norton and MalwareBytes, have come up negative

So if you guys could lend me a helping hand, that would be very, very much appreciated.

Sounds like it might be a hardware issue. I'd contact the manufacturer, personally.

Sounds like a hardware issue... are those ports USB 3.0 compatible? What about the multimedia combo?

I'm on an h8-1070t, so yes, there are USB 3.0 ports, although I don't think the ones in question are 3.0 compatible.
